Wow, It’s been a month since last time I blogged, I’ve been really busy.
I’ve been taking four colleges courses, and keeping up my grades. (I don’t have anything lower then a B this semester) I love all the courses that I chose to take, and I have fun in them. My favorite course believe it or not is english. I am taking it online, and I can write on what I like to write about. I recently wrote a paper about Director Christopher Nolan.
Church is going well, and harvest bash is coming up soon.
Financially for Ywam I need around 5,000 dollars still, and I’m trusting God for it. I know that if this is his will that it will all fall into place for me to there. I really want to go in January, but I have decided that if its not his will for me to, so be it. I will be content with that. I have recently read a book called Is that really you, God? This book was written by the man that started Ywam, and at one point he had to give up everything in order for God to do what he wanted to do. So around 5,000 dollars is what I need.
Being as this is my blog and I can write whatever I feel like here, I would like to tell you about a book that I am currently reading that is awesome. The name of the book is called Through my eyes. It is an autobiography about Jets Quarterback Tim Tebow. I have heard about Tebow when he was playing on the Broncos and I heard that he is a christian. That automatically caught my attention. A few of my friends and Jets fans and when they told me that Tebow was on the Jets now I decided that it was time to learn more about this guy. From Chapter one he talks about God, and his love for us. He even gives the salvation prayer a little over a quarter of the way through the book. The doctors wanted to abort Tebow because of all the complications with his carriage, but his parents said no. After he was born it was realized that he has dyslexia. His father prayed that he would become a missionary, and now he is a missionary in the NFL. I’m going to write more about this book when I actually finish it.
